Pricing questions
- Is there a subscription or a minimum commitment?
- No. You buy credits when you need them and they never expire. There are no per-seat fees and no monthly plan; the only cost is $2.50 per unique story scored.
- What do the 100 free credits cover?
- The first 100 stories scored on your account, on a real client backlog. They are loaded when the Vindex team sets up your workspace, so you can deliver a report before any payment conversation.
- What does a re-score cost?
- Nothing for stories already scored in the project. One credit covers a story for the life of the engagement, every round included. Keep a stable ID column in your uploads so rounds match.
- What if a story fails to score?
- It is never charged. Credits are reserved when a run starts and the reservation for any failed score is refunded automatically at settlement.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. Clients never need a Vindex account. You deliver the report file; what you charge for it is your business, and the worked example on this page is one way to package it.
